Terms of Service

The assessment is a readiness and orientation tool. It gives you a self-reported snapshot of your portfolio against the published NHS England Clinical Radiology ST1 domains, based on the answers you provide.

It does not predict recruitment or appointment outcomes, and it is not a substitute for official guidance from Health Education England, your deanery, or the Royal College of Radiologists. Decisions about your application are yours to make.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the assessment or newsletter signup, and not to use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it or its availability to others.

The RadPath name, logo, site design, question set, and scoring methodology are our property or used under licence. You're welcome to share your own results, but the underlying content isn't to be copied or redistributed commercially without our permission.

Both the Radiology ST1 Mock Interview and the Radiology ST1 Application Strategy Session are booked for a specific date and time via Calendly. Payment is taken before booking; you'll be sent to Calendly to choose a time once payment is complete. The terms in this section apply equally to a Mock Interview obtained as part of the Complete RadPath Bundle — see below.

Rescheduling and cancellation: you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancelling within 48 hours of the session, or not attending, is treated as the service having been provided and isn't refundable.

Your right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for a refund. By booking a session, you confirm you understand that if your session takes place within that 14-day window, you're asking us to begin the service before the cancellation period ends — so once the session has been delivered, your right to a refund for it no longer applies.

No outcome guarantee: a mock interview session is coaching and feedback. It doesn't guarantee any particular interview score, offer, or appointment outcome.

The Radiology ST1 Interview Playbook and the MSRA Revision Bundle are delivered electronically by email straight after checkout — either as an attached file, or a link to access your files (e.g. for the MSRA Revision Bundle).

Your right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for digital content. By completing your purchase and choosing immediate access, you expressly consent to us providing the content straight away, and acknowledge that doing so means you lose the right to cancel once download or access has begun. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

Licence: buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own application preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it, in whole or in part.

The Complete RadPath Bundle combines the Interview Playbook, the MSRA Revision Bundle, and a Radiology ST1 Mock Interview session in a single purchase, at a reduced combined price versus buying each separately. The Interview Playbook and MSRA Revision Bundle are delivered electronically straight after checkout, on the same terms as those products individually (see above) — accessing them starts your 14-day cancellation right for digital content, as described above. The Mock Interview is booked separately via Calendly, and is governed by the 1:1 sessions terms above (48-hour rescheduling/cancellation window) — accessing the digital items in your bundle doesn't affect your right to reschedule or cancel that booking.

The Portfolio High-Yield Guide is free. It's sent automatically by email to everyone who completes the Radiology Readiness Assessment, regardless of whether you buy anything — no purchase, request, or separate opt-in is needed. As it's not a paid product, the payment and cancellation terms above don't apply to it.

Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of any applicable tax, at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store your card details ourselves. You'll receive an email receipt confirming your payment, separate from the email delivering or booking your purchase. For a refund request, use our contact form or email us (see “Contact” below) — see the cancellation terms above for what's eligible.

The assessment and any recommendations are provided for general guidance only, on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made, or outcomes experienced, on the basis of using the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
