Privacy Policy

When you take the free assessment, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your answers to the assessment questions, and the scores/readiness level generated from them
• Whether you've agreed to receive marketing emails

If you only sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address and marketing consent.

If you buy a paid product (the Radiology ST1 Mock Interview, the Radiology ST1 Application Strategy Session, the Radiology ST1 Interview Playbook, the MSRA Revision Bundle, or the Complete RadPath Bundle), we keep a record of what you bought and when, and email you a receipt. We don't collect or store your card details ourselves — payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see below). The Portfolio High-Yield Guide is free and sent automatically to everyone who completes the assessment — no separate purchase record or receipt is created for it.

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, so we can reply.

We don't collect government ID or special category data (e.g. health data about you personally — the assessment asks about your career and training stage, not your health).

• To generate and send your personalised report — necessary to provide the service you asked for (legitimate interest).
• To process a purchase and deliver or book what you bought — necessary to perform the contract with you (e.g. recording the order, emailing your receipt, sending your guide, or notifying you of your Calendly link).
• To send marketing emails (application tips, relevant resources) — only where you've consented, either by subscribing to the newsletter or by completing the assessment (we tell you this clearly before you submit). This relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

• Supabase (database hosting, EU region) — stores your assessment answers, scores, and account record.
• Resend (email delivery) — sends your report and any marketing emails on our behalf. Resend is based in the United States; where your data is transferred there, this is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
• Stripe (payment processing) — if you buy a product, Stripe handles checkout and collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. Stripe may also be based outside the UK, again covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
• Google Analytics (usage analytics) — only loads if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. See “Cookies” below.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep your assessment record and account for as long as you have an active relationship with us (e.g. you're subscribed, or may want to refer back to a past report), or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep a minimal record of that choice so we don't email you again.

We don't use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device type) — but only if you accept this in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you reject or dismiss it, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the banner again.

Google Analytics is provided by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy for how it handles data.

Separately, while taking the assessment, your in-progress answers are saved in your browser's local storage purely so you can resume if you close the tab — this stays on your device, isn't a cookie, and isn't used for tracking.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Provide your data in a portable format

To do any of this, email radpathhelp@gmail.com or use our contact form. Every marketing email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
